On July 23rd, Emsworth Park on the Hampshire/Sussex border will be transformed into a sporting extravaganza. The whole community is invited to come down, participate or spectate in what promises to be the biggest community event of the year.

FitBeat will be raising money for local heart charity Wessex Heartbeat. Based in Southampton, the charity is crucial in the battle against heart disease and dedicates its efforts towards supporting the patients and families affected by heart disease.
