If your answer to any of these questions is YES, then Fitness in the Park is for you. Whether you are very unfit and need help kick starting your exercise regime, or are training for the Marathon, we can help.
Fitness in the Park is a one hour session held in a number of locations in the Hampshire and West Sussex Area. We believe in encouraging you while you work out and creating a fun and supportive atmosphere so that you can get fit, achieve your goals and enjoy yourself while you do it.
Every session is different so you will never get bored of the exercises. We will push you as hard as you want, quite simply, you will get out as much as you put into the sessions.
Fitness in the Park sessions work on all aspects of fitness and include circuits, games, running and of course a healthy amount of silliness.

Payment options
Option one - Pay as you go (£5 per outdoor session, £6 per indoor session)
Option two - Pay £35 for 8 sessions (one free) Valid for 1 month
Option three - Pay £50 for 12 sessions (two free) Valid for 2 months - Get a free health check include BP, Weight and Measurements.
