"I thought I will do it once and then give up as bound to be too hard. I was right about it being hard work but I am still going - while Topsy kept the pace right up, he was encouraging and let me go at my own pace with the running. Love the variety of each session particularly the "boxercise" and "bucket ball" at the end of the circuit drills!
