Do I need to book on to a Boot Camp fitness class and how do I do it?
Yes, you need to book. By booking it lets us know how many we have for each session and then we can structure the class around your fitness levels. In the first instance, please send us an email to register your details and which class you'd like to attend, do this via the email link here:
Once registered we use an App called Book Fit to book each week for class. Easy to download and use (see the link at the bottom of this page to get the App). Once you have downloaded the App, just search for Innovations Fitness of Emsworth and book on. We then give you access, and you can book on to as many sessions you like.
How much does it cost to come to a Boot Camp class?
Sessions cost £6.00 and the first session is free. You could also buy a loyalty card for £60.00 which gets you 11 sessions for the price of 10.
If you'd prefer unlimited sessions each month, you can become a member for £50.00 per month, this gives you open access to all classes, but please still book on with the App so we know numbers of attendees.
How do I pay for a class?
You can either pay £6.00 before the start of the class or buy a loyalty card. We then tick off each session that you attend. We can take cash payments on the day or you can pay by BACS bank transfer, please ask for our Bank details if you prefer this method.
You could also set up a standing order and pay monthly membership at £50.00.
We have ceased taking online payments or Paypal payments as the service charges were rising and we didn’t want to increase our class costs to cover these.
Where do classes take place?
All sessions take place in Emsworth Park. You'll find plenty of parking in the park car park and we meet at the Cricket Pavilion. Most classes take place on the grass nearby and on hard standing tennis courts when too wet on the grass.
Are all the classes outdoors?

What happens if the weather is bad?
We still do the sessions unless it is not conducive to training or its unsafe

How do I cancel a booked Boot Camp class and do I still have to pay for it?
Cancelling is easy and done via the Book Fit App. No, we don’t make you pay.
