NEW FOR 2024: THE NATIONAL THREE PEAKS - 24 HOUR CHALLENGE
7th - 9TH JUNE 2024
Are you ready for the Three Peaks - 24 Hour Challenge, new for 2024, it is the ultimate UK mountain challenge event.
The challenge involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales in 24 hours. These are:
BEN NEVIS – 1344m
SNOWDON – 1085m
SCAFELL PIKE – 978m
Statistics:
Total ascent: 9700 feet/2957m, total distance: 26 miles
Average Mountain Times: Ben Nevis – 6 hours Scafell Pike – 5 hours Snowdon – 5 hours

7th June 2024 we leave Emsworth Park 05.00hrs arrive Ben Nevis Inn 17.00hrs
8th June 08.00hrs Start challenge
9th June 08.00hrs Finish challenge

THE NATIONAL THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE
1ST - 4TH AUGUST 2024
The 3 Peaks Challenge is one of the UK’s best known mountain events which attracts thousands of people each year. The challenge is run by many different companies and can be achieved within 24 hours upwards, but it is planned to complete the three peaks in three days.
Innovations Fitness wants this to be both a challenge and an enjoyable experience for you. Therefore, we are running the event over 4 days. This provides us time to enjoy the scenery, and experience, without being exhausted throughout the whole trip.

We will time each climb, compiling the times to give us all an overall competition time for the actual climb, not including travel.

VERITY'S GIFT CHARITY
As most of you are aware, Innovations Fitness are closely affiliated with the local charity, Verity’s Gift. We would really appreciate it if you would use this experience as an opportunity to raise money for this great cause, even if your efforts are shared with other charities.
Verity’s Gift is a charity set up to help local causes. The first mission was to raise enough money to refurbish the Emsworth park play area which is now complete. The Charity would like to be able to continue to support families going through a bereavement by funding counselling and support for the children of these unfortunate families.
Our future plans include:
Bereavement Counselling and Support for Young People
Refurbishing the Basketball Court at Emsworth Park Installing a Trim Trail around Emsworth Park
Continuing our Food and Household Goods Drops
As a legacy to Verity’s short but much accomplished life.
